Personal information, including email address, is NOT shared with any third party for marketing or sales purposes.

We reserve the right to block the access of any user who has posted offensive or inappropriate material anywhere on the site. We may also block any user who we have reason to believe has registered with the intention to misuse the site. In the case where someone believes they have been inappropriately blocked, they should contact webteam@truefood.coop.

The True Food Co-op web site "I can help" form requires users to supply their email address or telephone number, name and nickname. We use the email address or phone number to contact you about volunteering. We display the nickname on the "Help needed" page.

Your information will be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law. If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the True Food Co-op web site, the True Food Co-op can use any available information about you to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as your Internet provider and law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

We do not store any personal information in cookies.
