Shop rota
Customer services is a role where you help first-time customers, elderly and infirm shoppers, offer information on our products and services, arrange the refreshments area, take shopper's payments and generally are around to chat to customers.
This role is vital in helping people to feel comfortable with shopping at the TFC and also in getting feedback. Full instruction is given.
We also need help with cleaning in the shop - the floor needs cleaned twice a week, which takes about an hour at a time. And the shelves also need to be cleaned regularly, so we're looking for helpers to do an hour or two at a time.
Bread needs to be collected from the bakery in Stoke Row, between 9.30 and 10am. For the Monday collection, you will need a large car. For Wednesday and Friday, the True Food van is available.
