Ingredients

  • ½ medium pointed cabbage (or ½ small white cabbage) finely shredded
  • 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions or ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp medium curry powder
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 50g cashew nuts, toasted in a dry frying pan for a couple of mins until golden, roughly chopped
  • Salt & pepper
